Given the significant ongoing investment within the Moulding Department, we are seeking applications for an experienced, skilled and detail-oriented SMC / Thermoset Moulding Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee the setting, operation, and optimization of our 2 Sheet Moulding Compound (SMC) presses and provide support for our associated Thermoset (DCPD) moulding process. You will ensure high production efficiency, minimize downtime, and uphold rigorous quality standards for composite components.
