TEP's polyurethane systems allows:
- design freedom
- good heat distortion properties
- chemical resistance
- wear resistance
- sound absorption
- non-halogenated fire-resistant materials which have a UL 94-V0 certificate.
We also produce high-gloss in-mould decorative finishes.

Polyurethanes are highly economical for large products. The lower tooling costs for this material also make it viable for a wide range of volumes.

As a leader in the development of polyurethane systems, we have invested over £1m into R-RIM to further serve the automotive, agricultural and construction markets.
This new division provides fully-finished, thin-walled, structural components weighing up to 7Kg, such as bumpers, side panels and skirts.
